WORKSHOP: Sailing in Turbulent Waters - Identifying and Managing Risks in Software Testing Projects
Alfonsina Morgavi
Part of the success of a testing project depends on our ability to prevent and manage risks effectively. These risks can range from resources and technology limitations to unexpected changes in the requirements or challenges with system integrations. The risk management process is not a static one. It must be a dynamic component in the management of our testing projects, continuously adjusting as the project moves forward and new challenges arise. If we do not manage risks, the risks will manage our project.
During this workshop, we will talk about the importance of communication in this process and of maintaining all interested parties informed about risks and the measures taken to deal with them;; fostering transparency and a collaborative environment.
Participants are not required to bring a laptop. No previous knowledge is required.
